Can you make a custom design for me?
Potentially! We know how important it is for a kids climbing wall to fit in your home. If you have a design in mind, please reach out to us at lilboulderteam@gmail.com, and we'll do our best to meet your needs.
Just remember that custom designs add time to our process, and will cost more to produce. We are generally able to accommodate simple designs with straight lines, and while we take pride in making a great-looking product, we are not artists!
What type of walls can I install my climbing wall on?
Our kids climbing walls can be installed on either drywall or concrete walls.
We include drywall screws in what we ship out by default, but can provide you with concrete screws instead. Just leave a note with your order, or email us at lilboulderteam@gmail.com.
What is the weight limit for the walls?
The weight limit for our kids climbing walls is 200 lbs. Do not attach ropes, swings, or any other objects to the wall or the climbing holds.
Do I need a contractor to install my kids climbing wall?
Our walls come with everything you need to install them yourself! All you need are a stud finder and a drill.

Do I need crash mats?
Safety is a top priority, and so we always recommend you supervise your kids when they climb, and have a crash mat in case they fall. We partner with play couch manufacturers in Canada so that you have options for crash mats that are not only functional, but also fit perfectly in your home.
Do I need to do anything to maintain my kids climbing wall?
Our walls are designed to last without maintenance. You can wipe off any dust or dirt as they build up, and wash the holds as needed. T-nuts may come loose after time but are easily replaceable.
How long will my kids climbing wall last?
Similar to high-quality furniture you have in your home, our kids climbing walls are built to last. Treat them with care, and they should last at least 8-12 years.
I just received my climbing holds, but they seem dusty... what do I do?
Our climbing holds are coated with a light layer of chalk to prevent damage during shipping. Simply soak the holds in soapy water, and let them dry before attaching to your wall.
Are the paint and varnish for the walls safe for my kids?
The paint and varnish that we use are non-toxic. Our varnish is food-safe once cured (i.e., generally 1-2 weeks after you receive your wall), so no worries if your kids get anything in their mouths!
How long will it take to get my walls?
Each of our kids climbing walls are made to order, so it will generally take 4 weeks to produce and another 1-2 weeks for shipping. You should expect to have your wall ~6 weeks after ordering. Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your order!
What is your return policy?
We take pride in the quality of our kids climbing walls, and want to make sure that you and your family get everything you want from our products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, let us know within 90 days of receiving your order, and we'll issue you a refund.
Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping and handling. Additionally, we cannot guarantee a full refund for custom-designed walls.
